• Service: refers to the Application, the official portal (https://braincura.greewebsolutions.com), and all features, audio streams, meditation sessions, and utilities provided.
• You or User: means the individual downloading, installing, or accessing Relaxy.

• Usage Data: refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (e.g., session duration, track plays, crash logs).

The categories of data processed depend on how you interact with Relaxy, whether you use the free version or subscribe to Relaxy Premium, and your device permission configurations.

Notice: We do NOT collect or store credit cards, banking passwords, or personal financial accounts. All payments are securely processed through Google Play Billing.

To deliver continuous meditation sessions and offline capabilities, Relaxy may request specific system permissions:

Relaxy offers digital subscription tiers (Monthly at ₹299/month and Yearly at ₹2,999/year with a 7-day free trial) that unlock offline downloads, distraction-free meditation, and all 200+ guided sessions.

• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed directly and securely by Google Play Billing. Gree Web Solutions does not collect, view, or retain your credit card number, CVV, or bank account.
• Purchase Verification: Our backend verifies purchase receipts cryptographically using Google Play Developer APIs and encrypted purchase tokens to authenticate your active premium status.
• Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the active billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play Store account settings.

Relaxy is dedicated strictly to mental wellness, guided meditation, and healthy sleep. We do NOT display third-party advertisements, do not partner with advertising networks, and do not sell or monetize user data for advertising purposes.

We integrate trusted analytics and crash reporting platforms to ensure sound playback stability and fix unexpected software issues:

• Google Analytics for Firebase: Measures aggregate session counts, user retention, and feature engagement.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Collects anonymized stack traces, device hardware states, and memory allocations at the moment an app crash occurs to expedite bug fixes.
