By downloading, installing, or accessing the Relaxy mobile application or website operated by Gree Web Solutions (https://greewebsolutions.com), you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Relaxy is designed solely as a self-care wellness and mindfulness utility to assist with general relaxation, stress reduction, and healthy sleep habits. Relaxy is NOT a licensed medical device and does NOT provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or diagnostic counseling. If you are experiencing acute mental distress or severe symptoms, please consult a licensed healthcare professional or emergency medical service immediately.
1.Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing Relaxy, you warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you access the Service on behalf of an organization or minor, you confirm you have legal authorization to bind them to these terms.
2.Intended Utility & Safe Use
Relaxy provides guided audio meditations, solfeggio healing piano tracks (174 Hz, 432 Hz), ambient nature soundscapes, and sleep habit tracking. You agree to use Relaxy safely:
- Never listen while driving: Do not listen to sleep soundscapes, hypnotic relaxation tracks, or meditation sessions while operating motor vehicles, machinery, or engaging in tasks requiring full vigilance.
- Personal, non-commercial use: Audio files are licensed for your individual personal listening only. Public broadcasting, streaming, or commercial re-sale is strictly prohibited.
3.Subscriptions, Google Play Billing & Free Trials
Relaxy offers optional premium auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play Store (or Apple App Store) account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Free Trial: If offered a free trial, your account will be billed at the standard rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period in your Google Play subscription settings.
- Refunds: All refund requests are governed directly by Google Play Store Refund Policies. Gree Web Solutions does not process payment credentials or direct refunds.
4.Intellectual Property Rights
All software, algorithms, UI designs, graphics, sound recordings, piano compositions, guided vocal tracks, and brand names (including "Relaxy" and "Gree Web Solutions") are the exclusive intellectual property of Gree Web Solutions and its content licensors. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, extract audio streams, or distribute any proprietary assets.
5.Third-Party Services & External Links
Relaxy does not display third-party advertisements. The service may occasionally provide links to external resources (such as Google Play services, wellness research, or customer support portals). We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party content, terms, or external privacy policies.
6.Disclaimer of Warranties
RELAXY IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED PLAYBACK. GREE WEB SOLUTIONS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR CLINICAL OR EMOTIONAL OUTCOMES.
7.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gree Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use Relaxy.
8.Modifications & Contact
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Relaxy after notification represents your binding acceptance.
